On Diversity

When it was founded in 1950, the Baltimore Ethical Society was the first racially integrated religious congregation in Baltimore. We affirm the worth, dignity, and uniqueness of each individual. We welcome people from diverse racial and ethnic groups as well as gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people. We believe in the full equality of both sexes. We take pleasure in serving all ages.
